A building that will give way to Junqueira 27, the name of the residential project promoted by LX Capital, which promises to preserve the historical character of the property, "maintaining or replicating a large part of its original architectural elements, while at the same time investing in construction with the highest quality typical of a project created from scratch", says Athena Advisers, responsible for marketing the project, together with JLL, in a statement.

JLL was mandated to take over the exclusive marketing of the Colina do Outeiro residential condominium, located in the village of Seixal, just 20 minutes from the capital. The project, promoted by LX Capital, has aroused high interest from buyers, entering the official sales phase with more than 30% of the apartments already reserved.
