Quintinha 54 will be created after a renovation project of a building that was built in the 18th century.

“Random” is the inaugural exhibition of the Meanwhile Buildings project, which occupies a building awaiting construction permits. It is also a response to the “lack of space for culture”. It closes on Sunday.

The developer Lx Capital has a new luxury housing project in the Príncipe Real area of Lisbon, Quintinha 54. It involves the renovation of a building identified on the 1844 Lisbon plan but which was probably built in the 18th century.

This renovation project follows the transformation of Sete Rios square and the axis formed with Praça de Espanha. For the developer, “these apartments are more than just houses, they are true valuable assets”.

LX Capital organized its first Investors Summit, which was attended by key investors and partners. The status of the various projects under development was presented, and in the second part of the morning it was possible to listen to presentations on the market by Ricardo Guimarães (Confidencial Imobiliário), Francisco Horta e Costa (CBRE), Ana Borges (ADCECIJA) and André Riscado (LX Capital).

The Colina do Outeiro development is one of the 73 candidates for the Real Estate Awards by Expresso and SIC Notícias, in this 6th edition.

The new development is the result of the renovation of a house from the beginning of the 20th century, with the typical features of the summer architecture that characterized the golden age of Estoril and Cascais. Avenida Valbom higher living has just four luxury apartments, one of which is a penthouse overlooking Cascais Bay and with a private pool.

LX Capital, in partnership with Lince Capital, will develop its first venture in the Junqueira area. This is Páteo da Cordoaria, a private condominium with 16 apartments, garden, swimming pool and gym.

The apartments, ranging from T1 to T4, go on sale this Tuesday, April 5th. Prices range from 450 thousand euros for a T1 with 65 square meters (m2) and 1.7 million euros for a T4 duplex with 219 m2.

HAPA.Design, a brand of taps and bath accessories, participates in the rehabilitation of the historic Palácio Condes de Caria, in Lisbon, promoted by LX Capital. Located in one of the most noble areas of Lisbon, this project is an “important milestone” in the union of efforts to promote “sustainability and excellence” in design.

Number 27 Rua da Junqueira, in Lisbon, is embodied by a historic building with palatial characteristics, typical of the noble construction that was emerging in this area, halfway between the emerging Alcântara neighborhood and the Belém area, in the second half of the 18th century (after the 1755 earthquake) and throughout the 19th century.



A building that will give way to Junqueira 27, the name of the residential project promoted by LX Capital, which promises to preserve the historical character of the property, "maintaining or replicating a large part of its original architectural elements, while at the same time investing in construction with the highest quality typical of a project created from scratch", says Athena Advisers, responsible for marketing the project, together with JLL, in a statement.

The urban rehabilitation of Lisbon's riverside area, between Alcântara and Belém, continues to grow, now with the new residential project 'Junqueira 27', run by the developer LX Capital, whose investment value was not revealed.

This development consists of nine apartments with types ranging from T1 to T3 and areas ranging from 83 m2 to 189 m2 and prices ranging between 680 thousand euros and 1.5 million euros, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of next year.

The Junqueira 27 residential project, promoted by Lx Capital in an investment totaling 8 million euros, is an example of this renovation on the western side of the city and arises from the recovery of a historic building with palatial characteristics, typical of the noble construction that was emerging in the area da Junqueira in the second half of the 18th century (after the 1755 earthquake) and throughout the 19th century.

LX CAPITAL maintains its commitment to urban rehabilitation, with a new development in Cascais, Avenida Valbom higher living. The new development arises from the rehabilitation of a house from the beginning of the 20th century, located on Avenida Valbom.

A project developed by LX Capital, Colina do Outeiro, 2 months after the start of its commercialization, already has 60% of the apartments sold. The project corresponds to a total investment of more than 24 million euros, «we realized that here we had the possibility of making a product of high quality and comfort, at a more affordable price. The market's response confirmed our vision”, says André Riscado, Managing Partner at LX Capital.

Located on the banks of the Tagus River, this development, with just 16 apartments ranging from T1 to T4, with a garden, swimming pool and gym, is in a privileged location next to Cordoaria Nacional and MAAT. With the architecture of the Teresa Nunes da Ponte studio, it is characterized by modern lines, quality finishes, several apartments with a garden and a common space with careful landscape architecture. Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024, sales are handled by Lince Real Estate and JLL. To celebrate the start of works, LX Capital launches a lifestyle magazine about the Junqueira neighborhood, curated with the best suggestions and tips on places, itineraries and curiosities.

The rehabilitation work on the Palacete dos Condes de Caria, in Sete Rios (Lisbon), is about to start and by the end of next year 14 luxury apartments will be created in this property that has been practically vacant for years. It is an 18th century mansion, classified and integrated into Quinta das Laranjeiras, which belonged to the Counts of Caria.

JLL was mandated to take over the exclusive marketing of the Colina do Outeiro residential condominium, located in the village of Seixal, just 20 minutes from the capital. The project, promoted by LX Capital, has aroused high interest from buyers, entering the official sales phase with more than 30% of the apartments already reserved.

All 53 apartments of types T2 to T4, which make up the development, have terraces or balconies with extensive views over Seixal Bay, also distinguishing themselves by the generosity of the interior areas and the equipment and finishes.
